Allows monitoring of a TCP connection by acting as a man in the middle/See Thru.

This allows you to monitor all data sent between two devices which of course can be useful in trying to work out problems.

RT_Traffic does a similar task, when TrimComm packets are being sent. TCP_SEE_THRU doesn’t care about the data
